YOU MUST PHYSICALLY VIEW A PROPERTY BEFORE YOU CAN APPLY. Prospective tenant(s) must view the inside of the property they are interested in. There is no exception to this requirement. It is easy to schedule a self-showing between 9 AM & 5 PM directly on our website. Under the Available Properties tab, select and follow the prompts to the “Schedule Showings” link. You will need a move in date within 2 weeks of today and to send in a photocopy of your valid ID. At the time of your showing, you will need to send a text with the serial number of the code box. Once that has been verified, you will be texted a code to access the Code box posted on the front door. The keys to the property are in the code box. Please do not share this code with anyone else! Be sure to lock the deadbolt and knob lock as you leave. Please put the key back into the code box


Once you have viewed the property you can apply for any property on our website by selecting “Apply Now” on the desired property.

Application requirements: You must have a current driver’s license or state ID, 3 of your most recent paystubs, and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee per person. All occupants over 18 must apply. Military personnel will need a current LES and the 1st page of orders.

Income requirements: Gross income totaling 2.5 times the amount of rent for apartments and 3.5 times the amount of rent for condominiums, duplexes, townhomes, and single-family homes.

Employment requirements: The name, address, and phone number of your current or former employer and the person to contact for employment reference (current pay stub). If employment is less than a year or if you are new to the area and just started a new job, you must provide us with a letter on the previous company’s letterhead stating the length of employment.


You must have at least a 575-credit score to be considered, other factors such as collection accounts, judgements, past due payments etc. could result in denying the application even with the required credit score. Any Bankruptcy must be at least over year old and discharged.


You will need to complete a pet screening profile even if you have no pets. Instructions for this process are a part of the application process.
